Les Paul Guitar

Les paul guitar is made with a much less dense type of mahogany. The modern one is not as heavy as the original, which  was made from a  heavier, denser mahogany. The thicker neck, in conjunction with a long neck tenon which is set much more deeply and tightly into the body of the guitar than on a modern les paul guitar, this feature will give it incredible sustain and resonance.
